Kotobuki Trading Terms and Conditions
PRODUCT CATALOG DISTRIBUTION POLICY
Please review the following Product Catalog Distribution Policy when you request our catalog.
CATALOG PRICE
  • For new customers:
    If you are not a current customer of Kotobuki Trading, a $20 fee will be charged per catalog ($25 for international addresses). Should you decide to place an order, a one-time $25 credit will be issued to your account.
  • For existing customers:
    If you already have a business account with Kotobuki Trading, you will receive a catalog without charge (one copy per account). If you wish to receive two or more catalogs, a $20 fee will be charged per extra catalog ($25 for international addresses).
PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
CREDIT
A one-time $25.00 credit will be issued per new account. In order to receive proper credit, please request the credit at the time of your first order. Please note that the credit can be issued to the account only. A credit by cash, check, or charge card cannot be given.
SHIPPING
We ship our catalog via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery after payment is processed.
RETURNS
Catalogs cannot be returned.

Kotobuki Trading Customer Page
The Kotobuki Trading Customer Page is available only for existing customers who have a registered ID and password approved by Kotobuki Trading. After you register and your ID and password are approved, you will have access to the Customer Page.

  • Sign up to receive the Kotobuki Trading newsletter
How can I register?
  • New customers:
    If you have a business and wish to obtain an account with us, please contact Kotobuki Trading. If you wish to receive our latest catalog, request a catalog online.
  • Existing customers:
    You must have placed an order with us in the past 18 months to register as an existing customer. if you are an existing customer, you can register for an ID and Password on this website. The registration process is not automated and may take up to 48 hours. To verify your account information, we may contact you via email or phone. Once your request is processed and approved, you will receive a verification email to activate your customer ID and password to access the Customer Page.
About Your Account
Account Security: To prevent unauthorized access utilizing your customer ID, we require that you register for the Customer Page by providing a unique password. To maintain the security of your account, please keep your password private and secure as you would any other piece of sensitive information.
Forgotten ID / Password
We do not provide an automated account management system. If you forget your user ID and/or password, please contact Kotobuki Trading and we will send you an email with your account information.
Cancellation/changes to your account
To cancel or make changes to your customer ID and/or password, please contact Kotobuki Trading for assistance.
